How do we start working together?
The first step is a short call. We listen to where you are, what you're trying to make happen, and where the gaps are. If we're a fit, we send a written approach proposing the scope. If we're not, we'll tell you, and usually recommend someone who is.
Do we need to have a brief before reaching out?
No. Most of the conversations we have start with "we know we need something, we're not sure exactly what." That's fine. Part of what UCAN does is help shape the brief before any contract is signed.
How quickly will you respond after we send this form?
Within one business day. Sometimes faster. If you send it on a weekend, expect Monday morning. You'll get a real human response, not a calendar link.
What happens if the project scope changes along the way?
It usually does, and we don't pretend otherwise. Scope shifts are handled with a clear change order, agreed before any new work starts, so timelines and budgets stay honest. No surprise invoices. No scope creep silently absorbed into a deadline.
What if we're not sure UCAN is the right fit?
That's a good reason to talk anyway. The first call has no commitment attached. If we're not the right fit for what you need, we'll say so on the call, and we'll usually point you toward someone who is.
